sushi for 2 woodash glaze

Two rectangular ceramic plates, two  organic shaped plates  and 2 small eggshell-like bowls makes set together with 2 pairs of wooden chopsticks.

I glazed this set with a special wood ash glaze. Wood ash glazes are historically important in East Asia, especially in China, Korea and Japan. Ash glaze was the first glaze used in East Asia. It is pure magic in my kiln of raw materials! 

No sushi? You can use this set for a lot of goodies! From cake to satay and from salad to dessert!
